What payment options are available?

We process payments through PayPal. You may use Visa and MasterCard via PayPal. We can also process payments through AfterPay.

 How much is shipping and handling?

Standard Shipping is $11.90 Australia wide. Shipping
is Free for orders over $60.

 Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express Shipping is $19.00 Australia wide.

 What is your turn around time?

Provided all items are in stock, orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

 What happens if my order includes products which are not in stock?

If your order contains products that are not currently in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be provided with a refund for that item. We do not backorder products.

 Do you provide exchanges or refunds?

Kindly note we do not provide change of mind exchanges or refunds. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us at support@bundlesofkraft.com.au within 7 days of receipt of goods.
